What Perennial is
Perennial is a daily reflection practice. It is not therapy, medical care or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor, a qualified counsellor or someone you trust. If you may be in danger, contact your local emergency number.
The purchase
Day 1 of every course is free. A single one-time payment through the App Store unlocks every course available in the app at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. You can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using “Restore purchase”. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.

Teaching text, structure and design are © Gödel. Quoted passages come from public-domain works, credited in each lesson. Please do not copy the app’s own text or audio for commercial use.
